This Pricing Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the pricing of subscription-based services offered by Praxon Technovations Pvt. Ltd. (“PraxonTech”). It applies to all users, including individuals, businesses, and partners utilizing our services.
Subscription Fees
1. Billing Frequency:
– Services are billed either monthly or annually, based on the plan selected.
– Billing is conducted in advance of the service period.
2. Payment Methods:
– We accept payments through secure third-party gateways (e.g., credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking).
– PraxonTech does not store payment credentials; however, transaction records may be retained for compliance.
Renewals and Cancellations
– Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
– Users may cancel subscriptions anytime via the platform. No pro-rata refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
– Access remains valid until the end of the paid term after cancellation.
Refund Policy
– Subscription fees are non-refundable except in the event of proven duplicate charges or technical errors.
– Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the charge.
– Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Price Changes
– PraxonTech reserves the right to revise subscription fees.
– Users will be notified in advance of any pricing changes. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the new rates.
